I think Mrs Ng’s class has a very friendly environment for learning. She reviews the topics very clearly and gives us methods that are easy to understand. I enjoy her class very much! WHY CHOOSE MATHICAL ONLINE?
Mathematics is a subject that many students struggle with. They are unable to answer word problems even if they have understood the basics of whole numbers, fractions, ratio and percentage.
At Mathical Online, we teach and reinforce important concepts so that students have a firm foundation and gain confidence to answer questions. Moreover, we focus on problem solving techniques so that students are able to tackle difficult questions through easy to understand methods.
WHY ARE LESSONS CONDUCTED ONLINE?
Our online classes are as effective as physical classes. Proprietary materials are provided beforehand for printing. The students can annotate on their hard copy notes as they follow the same material on the screen. Assignments can be scanned back for marking, and corrections are discussed at the next lesson while the topic is still fresh in the mind.
The online classes allow students from all locations to access our expertise. It also saves precious time from travelling to a centre. Whenever the student needs urgent help for any upcoming school assessments, we can schedule ad hoc sessions so long as we can find a common timeslot.
We are not just here for the students during the lesson; we also provide important after-class support. Students can take a photo of any questions they are stuck at and we will provide support via Whatsapp anytime. They do not need to wait till the following lesson.

Ms Ng
Ms Ng was in the Gifted Education Program at Raffles Girls’ School and graduated from Raffles Junior College. During her time in school, she took part in various mathematics competitions, including the Asian Pacific Mathematical Olympiad (APMO), the American Invitational Mathematics Examination (AIME) and the Singapore International Mathematical Olympiad (SIMO). She completed an accelerated undergraduate degree with second upper class honours in Mathematics at the National University of Singapore (NUS). In her time at NUS, she was placed on the Dean’s List and Vice Chancellor’s List. Ms Ng also obtained a Masters in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University in the USA.
Mathematics has always been her interest and passion. During school, she taught her fellow students when they encountered problems in mathematics. She is experienced in teaching students at various levels, focusing on those who are taking their national exams so as to help them boost their grades. She is able to take a difficult problem and break it down into simple steps so that students are able to understand the solution. Many students have seen an improvement in grades under her tutelage.
